Is there an age restriction on masqueraders?

YES, You Must Be 18yrs or older to play mas with Code Red Bermuda in accordance with BHW rules and regulations and Bermuda Law.

When is the deadline day for purchasing a costume?

If you are paying by installments you must make your non-refundable initial deposit by April 15, 2018.  You will be required to make full payment by May 31, 2018.

April 25th, 2018 is the final day that you can purchase your costume utilizing the one time full payment option.

All costumes must be paid in full prior to collection.   Masqueraders can make all payments at our website at www.coderedbda.com

What do I need for costume registration?

For registration, you need the following:

Size Information:

  • Ladies:  IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU KNOW YOUR CORRECT BRA SIZE (34 B, C, D etc) & BOTTOM PIECE (S, M, L etc)
  • Ladies: Bottom Piece option (Bikini, boy shorts, etc)
  • Men:  Waist Size (in inches)

Can I order extra items with my costumes?

Yes you may order extra items that we have on order while supplies last.

Costumes may come with options for larger headpieces etc at an additional cost.  They will be available as an add on when purchasing your costume of choice.

When do I collect my costume?

The costume pick up schedule and address will be emailed to all masqueraders, posted to our website and all other social media platforms.  Different sections will have different pick up dates.

Yes, the pick up dates will be early enough to provide you with enough time to make any costume alterations if needed.

There will also be a last call date to collect your costume in case you missed the other pick up dates, after which all uncollected costumes will no longer be available.

We have also partnered with Dropping Anchor delivery service to hand deliver your costumes should you not want or can not make any of the costume collection dates. More information will be released about this service shortly.

We will not provide a refund for costumes that are not collected.

I’ve collected my costume but it does not fit.

Contact the CODE RED Customer Service Hotline at 704-2633.  However, IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU KNOW YOUR CORRECT SIZE when placing your order.  Refer to the terms and conditions section.

I missed my collection date – what do I do?

You can collect your costume on any collection day after your specific designated date, however priority will be given to patrons who already have a designated collection date.

Where does the band meet?

The starting point is located in Clearwater St. David’s– be sure to check your members guide for specifics!

I forgot my password, what do I do?

Go to the login section and click on the reset password linkt to reset your password.

I’m having problems finding hotel accommodations for Bermuda Heroes Weekend – can CODE RED assist?

We have several amazing partners throughout the island who can assist you with finding hotel and guest house accommodations. Please email us at info@coderedbda.com for further information.

Where can I personally view CODE RED’s costumes?

You can view our costumes and get your correct size at the CODE RED MAS Camp at Docksiders, Front Street, Hamilton.  Look out for our Social Media post and email blast when they are occuring.

Additionally our costumes will be on display at our happy hour parties that take place throughout the island leading up to Bermuda Heroes’ Weekend.

Register at www.coderedbda.com listen to Vibe 103fm on Tuesdays from 3pm – 6pm with Dj Marky T, and keep checking all our social media pages for updates as to when our Happy Hours will be occurring.

What does CODE RED’s costume package include?

CODE RED’s costume package includes exclusive discounted Fitness packages a Fanny pack (female costumes only), Back Pack, rally towel, bandana, cup, discounted tickets to Mimosa, the Breakfast Fete, snacks on the road, unlimited supply of water while supplies last, a meal at the end of the route, a buddy pass to play mas with internationally re-known DJ Young Chow, the entire Code Red Nation and of course your costume.  More details about our international artist line up to be released very soon.

You may purchase in full or via installments.

How can I pay for my costume?

CODE RED accepts all major Credit Cards online.  Cheques are not accepted for payment.

Can I get a refund if I no longer wish to partake?

No.  We do not offer refunds of any sort.  Your costume is made to measure by our producers and is therefore a customised item.  Refer to Terms & Conditions section.

What do I get when I come to Costume Distribution?

You will receive your costume and accessories as outlined in the accompanying picture and details per your order.  A Code Red back pack Bag filled with fanny pack (females only), rally towel, and bandana, cup.  Of course your party pass to play Mas with Code Red and any drink tickets and Mimosa tickets that you may have purchased along with other accessories.

Will Code Red be providing bathrooms on the Road?

Yes, we will have an additional truck that will have portable bathrooms exclusively for our masqueraders.

I did not get a costume … Can I be placed on a waiting list?

Unfortunately, CODE RED does not maintain a waiting list for costumes.  While anything is possible we would advise against waiting to the last minute to purchase your costume to avoid disappointment.

I have not been receiving emails from CODE RED… what can I do?

Please send an email to info@coderedbda.com with your information so that we can update our records with your correct email address.  We will send a confirmation once your address has been updated.

I’m interested in providing a service / becoming a sponsor of CODE RED – who do I contact?
